The Next Chapter at The Planner’s Vault

Hello friends,

I've been keeping something pretty big from you, and I'm so excited that I FINALLY get to share it.

If you've been part of the Planner Life Community for a while, you know that my vision has always been bigger than courses, workshops, podcasts, or coaching.

Consistency is something I have wanted to offer for YEARS.

A place for planners to consistently feel seen, heard and supported. A place for consistent education, resources, templates and tools. A place for consistent connections and community where planners could continue to learn, connect, ask questions, find support, and grow alongside other people who truly understand this business.

Back in 2021 I mapped out the membership I wanted to offer and then never launched it.

But there was one pretty big reason I never did. :)

Megan Gillikin over at The Planner's Vault was already doing it really well. She is someone I admire and respect so it did not feel like the right time.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Megan for close to ten years. We've collaborated, taught together, shared ideas, and cheered each other on as we built two education brands serving many of the same planners.

I respected what she had created with The Planner's Vault, and I felt like our industry did not need me to create another version of something that was already serving planners so well.

As you know, I believe deeply in Community Over Competition, and for me, that also means knowing when someone else is doing something great and then cheering them on.

So this year, when Megan came to me and said she was ready for her own next chapter professionally and asked if I would be interested in taking over The Planner's Vault, my answer was a very sure yes.

It just made sense. I felt it in my heart, and I feel it to my core.

So Friends - I am the NEW OWNER of The Planner's Vault!

What does that mean?! It means that I get to continue on what she started.

The Vault is the Wedding Planner Membership that has so much of what I have always wanted to be able to offer this community: ongoing education, practical business resources and templates, conversations about what's actually happening in our businesses, access to other planners who get it, and a community you can lean on throughout all the different seasons of running a wedding planning company.

And now I get to build what comes next. As a planner and business owner still in it.

I'm stepping into the leadership role of the The Vault alongside Gina Johnston, who has been such an important part of the Vault Community from the beginning and she is staying on with me.

Gina & I are going to spend a lot of time listening to the current members, learning what they love and what they need, and continuing to evolve the membership as our businesses and this industry evolve too.

And of course, we want YOU- this Planner Life Community to be part of it.

So my friend, I would love to officially invite you to join us inside The Planner's Vault.

For those of you who have learned with me through Planner Life, listened to the podcast, come to a workshop, worked with me one-on-one, downloaded a resource, or simply been part of this community over the years, The Vault feels like such a natural place for us to continue that relationship.

This isn't about starting over or leaving everything we've built through Planner Life behind. In a lot of ways, it feels like I finally get to offer the ongoing piece of this community that I always wished I could. And I'm really, really, REALLY excited about that.

[Come join me inside The Planner's Vault →]

There is so much I want to do with this next chapter, but I also want to do it thoughtfully. So much of wedding education is from people phasing out of weddings rather than someone planning weddings and actually in it.

I am still very much planning weddings, and I do not plan to stop anytime soon. I love weddings, I love this industry and I love helping other planners build the best possible business.

So I want The Vault to continue to feel wildly useful, welcoming, relevant, and a place where you can show up exactly where you are in your business and find everything you need to help you take the next step.

I hope you'll come be part of it!

 xo, Heather
